As a Client Project Management Executive, you will be a key player in managing assigned projects throughout all phases of product development, from the initial customer's brief to the first order. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customer needs are met while keeping the project on track and within the specified timeline. You will coordinate the development, implementation, and execution of customer projects, collaborating with clients and various teams within the organization to ensure successful project delivery..
- To ensure that customers’ needs are met while also making sure that the project is progressing in the right direction and timeline.
- To coordinate the development, implementation and coordination of customer projects with clients and other teams in the organization
(marketing samples preparation & delivery, formula and packaging proposals, pricing & costing, testing, colour matching, artwork, project
timeline monitoring and update, regulatory documentation) - To work as the customer primary point of contact for the assigned project.
- To control planning and execution of the project’s activities to ensure project deliverables are met within established deadline.
- To work proactively to identify potential risk and work with other departments to identify alternative solutions.
- To ensure cost drivers are monitored and highlight potential deviation.
- To ensure customer requirements are clear and work with internal departments to deliver projects
- To collect and provide required information to create product manufacturing instructions.
- To improve the development process, measurement, tracking and analytics that is relevant.
- To expedite all project deliverables to achieve all our sales goals and sales incentives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Management/Sales/Marketing/Chemical Engineering,
Marketing or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales in cosmetic products or industry.
- Candidates also required good communication and interpersonal skills, organisational skills, analytical skills and team working skill
- Commercial awareness.
- Project management experience.
- Candidates must be at least fluent in both written and speaking in English. For those who are able to converse in other languages will be an
added advantage. - Candidates must also possessed own transportation's with valid license.
- Candidates MUST be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Selangor Area.
