We have 2 production sites at one of the best industrial parks in Selangor, Malaysia — one dedicated for conventional products and the other for Halal. Our factory is outfitted with various machines and services for enhancing efficiency and quality. 2016 Nov – Khayla Kosmetik Sdn Bhd was established to provide halal cosmetic OEM/ODM services to the global cosmetic brands.
2013 June – Through a share sale agreement, Intercosmetic Group acquired all the shares of Intercos Asia Pacific from the JV partner and in turn, sold all its shares in Intercos Cosmetic Suzhou to the JV partner. Intercos Asia Pacific was renamed Intercosmetic Asia Pacific (IAP).
2003 July – Established a second JV with Intercos Group of Italy named Intercos Cosmetics Suzhou in China to provide cosmetic ODM services to the global cosmetic brands.
2000 March – Acquired ISO22716 certification.
1999 June – Acquired ISO9001 (quality management system) certification.
1999 January – Acquired CGMP certification from the Health Ministry of Malaysia.
1998 December – Incorporated Intercosmetic Group to establish a JV company with the Intercos Group of Italy named Intercos Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. to provide cosmetic OEM/ODM services to the cosmetic brands in Asia.
